Terrell Owens: Your Children Are A Reality Not a Show
Hey Guys!
Yes, my son’s father is NFL wide receiver, Terrell Owens. And two days ago, he and his team of advisors decided it would be a “good idea” to make sure the world knew exactly how much he pays in child support for not just my child, but all four of his kids in an attempt to evoke public sympathy.
Hmmm.. I THOUGHT PATERNITY CASES WERE PRIVATE MATTERS…
What Terrell’s advisors failed to mention was that he did not show up for our mediation and missed our son’s 5th birthday – both which occurred on the same day – then he wants to cry on his TV show that “he doesn’t have a relationship with his son”?
The hardest part in all of this is keeping my son from being bombarded by the paparazzi that now reside outside of his school. He’s five…He didn’t ask for this.
I see the reports have now labeled me “BABY MOMMA #3,” yet I work and have established a career as a celebrity makeup artist and men’s groomer.
My son is my number one responsibility and I am focused on always doing what’s in his best interest. Being a parent involves a level of self-sacrifice and selflessness that some people just don’t seem to get. Ultimately, it’s about just being there for your children.
I am grateful for his mother and family reaching out and embracing my son. But let’s be clear, it has been Terrell Owens’s choice to have never seen his son Atlin.

MACI DREWRY
CYSTIC FIBROSIS & MACI DREWRY
As you all know I have worked on many high-profile celebs and that tends to be the norm when it comes to my projects…
But, my last shoot this past Friday was for a very special little boy & girl. I had the pleasure of working with Davis Cleveland (from Disney & the new Spy Kids movie) and Maci Drewry a 9-year-old little girl that has touched my heart. Although I have only known Maci for a short period of time, it is quite clear that this little lady is special to say the least.
Maci has Cystic Fibrosis…Friday our cover shoot with Davis Cleveland for BSCENE Magazine was exhilarating! If you do not know what CF is, it is a defective gene, which causes the body to produce abnormally thick and sticky fluid/mucus. This mucus builds up in the breathing passages of the lungs and in the pancreas, the organ that helps to break down and absorb food. The sticky mucus results in life-threatening lung infections and serious digestion problems. It may also affect the sweat glands as well as the reproductive system. Millions of Americans carry the defective CF gene, but do not have any symptoms, and a big part of the CF Foundation is to bring awareness of the disease to the general public.
Our shoot Friday may have been just mascara a little lip balm and blush for Maci (and making sure Davis Cleveland’s hair was on point), but it was all one needs to look and feel there best. Sometime something as simple as the right tinted lip balm can change the way you look and feel. It’s not about quantity; it’s about how you enhance what you’ve have. Lip-gloss/lipstick and mascara are just minor ways to take you a look up a notch!

BEHIND THE SCENES OF "SWIMMIN"

Everyone… It sure has been crazy the last couple of weeks! There’s so much and so much I want to share, so let’s get started! 
It is always wonderful to witness the growth of others... it's one of the many reasons I like to keep the same makeup assistants. Recently, I "SAMELIA", had the chance to work with a talented man that has become one of the freshest trailblazers in the entertainment industry. A avid force to be reckoned with, Mr. Nick Cannon is an actor, comedian, television personality, rapper, record producer and, as of lately, one of the hottest movers & shakers in the business. Not to mention he’s a new daddy and freshly wed to one of the most beautiful female powerhouses in the music industry!
As I can only be reminded of when I was an intern and he was just starting his career at a shoot in Miami with Kevin Wales and Worldwide Entertainment!
I can only be proud of this guy…
Working Special FX makeup with Nick Cannon featuring The RANGERS, & ROSCOE DASH on the video "Swimmin," was a blast!!! And blessed again with another STAR crew Deanglo Trent & Ramee Randall wardrobe, Ms. Neicy Smalls on hair, and yours truly on Special Fx makeup!Cannot wait to see director John Colombo’s work with this bunch…

Many of you have started asking me what makeup looks you should wear for spring. As I told you last spring, I am a huge fan of natural-looking self–tanner and bronzer. There is nothing better then keeping a healthy glow without having to damage your skin by baking in the sun, although I know some of you will go in the sun away!If you absolutely must catch some rays, I suggest going out in the sun for 14 minutes -- seven minutes per front and back side -- one to two times per week until you achieve the results you like. Remember, 14 minutes is just my suggestion, so if your body overheats or you feel like 14 minutes is too long, stick with what works best for you.

I am so excited for this Spring's bold eye shadow and lip colors, which can be warn with virtually any of Spring's fashion trends. If you want to keep it understated, choose a hot coral lip with a hint of fuchsia eye shadow, finished with lots of black mascara. If that is still too bold for you, stick with just shadow and black mascara or just the coral lip. A red-coral, fuchsia or classic red is also on trend.

PART 2: Weathered!!!
OMG... SO COLDDDD!!!
With next travel approaching I’d like to take a moment and talk EVERYDAY BASIS…
I notice that everyday I use 4 different creams or lotions. Ridiculous!!!
Facial moisturizer being 1st, under eye serum/cream in a close 2nd, with my basic body lotion being 3rd, we must not forget the in one combination hand & foot cream! There is nothing worse than traveling to various cities with extreme weather conditions, and you have “NO” lotion or cream…YIKES!
A predicament many are faced with going to unknown territory is…”What to pack, how many ounces is this, and do you think they will let me pass with this”?
Sadly enough, I am always stripped of my hand & foot cream in my purse, as the size is too big… Forced to condense my facial moisturizer and body lotion into smaller size containers. Thinking… “I can possibly live without my under eye serum/cream for a couple of days… Making me downsize to 2 CREAMS!
How does one severe with only 2 creams I thought?
As I was faced with cold record breaking tempters in the east and hot dry air in the west coast… I severed and was able to keep my skin looking great! AND YOU CAN ALSO...
You just have to find the best of the two!!! Here are a couple great facial moisturizers & body lotions options for travel!!!
